Unable to install Plugins

Hi

for some reason which i don’t know why, everytime i tried to install new plugin from plugins installations menu

https://www.websites.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php its always failed with these messages..

Installation failed: No installation package available.

But the plugins gets downloaded in the background and was saved in the media folder library still in .zip format, this happens when using install method online, not manual upload…manual upload still work just fine

anyone can help me?
