Unable to install plugin

    I can’t even activate this plugin. I get the following error when clicking activate..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘>’, expecting end of file in /home/temphost/public_html/emgs/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/snippet-ops.php(469) : eval()’d code on line 17
