Unable to install a purchased item

I purchased the WV Restaurant Pro today, and I was able to install the theme and wv child. But the VW Restaurant Pro Posttype isn’t installing. It keeps giving me the error

My site is through GoDaddy.
How do I get this darn thing installed? Please help. They said I have to go through you
