Unable to Insert the Comment Form Into the Page

Hi,
I’m facing problem putting in the comment form into the page. I’ve gone thru some of the forum topics related to such problem, yet I still can’t solve it and I may need your help. Supposedly, once we’ve installed a plugin, we should be given a widget to place it anywhere we wish to, it can be sidebar, bottom or etc. But, it’s not that case as I don’t find any widget of Wp discuz comment.
