unable to insert picture in the website

  • Hi everybody !

    I got a little problem. I tried to upload a new picture on the web site (www.parisiensdebordeaux.com) but I can’t do it anymore.

    There is the following error message :

    “_DSC6200BD.jpg” has failed tu upload due to an error. Unable to create directory/home/parisiens/wp-content/upload/2015/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server ?

    Previously I didn’t have any to trouble to upload picture.

    Some one can help me to solve this trouble ?

    Have you checked the file permission in your FTP programme to make sure the folder

    ‘directory/home/parisiens/wp-content/uploads’

    is actually writable? If not have you attempted to change the permissions?

    Thank you booleanbiker for your response but I even don’t know how to check the file permission in the FTP programme !!
