Unable to insert images into posts

  • Hi,

    Currently I am unable to insert images into posts. I will go through the process of adding media, selecting the photo and going for ‘insert into post’ – once I do that it returns to the post but no image has been inserted.

    I have search the forums for a resolution but I am currently at a loss. I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and Safari (all of which I have made sure are up-to-date).

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. In case it’s a site specific thing the site can be Found Here.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    If the issues is theme-related (and as you are using a commercial theme) you will need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

    Thanks for your reply.

    – I have tried deactivating the all the plugins and nothing has worked.
    – I have tried to reset the plugins folder but again nothing.

    It seems as if it is theme related so I have posted a support request with the theme and will wait to hear back from them.
