    This problem has just started. When someone tries to download a product, the error message “Unable to insert download log entry in database.” is shown, and the product is not downloaded.

    I have seen this topic, which has been marked as resolved:

    I have tried the suggestions on that topic.

    This problem is happening on all orders.

    Any idea what I can do about this?

    Can someone explain how to “drop” the wc_download_log. I have found it in MySQL but what do I do from there?

    Just a confirmation for anyone who gets on this thread.

    I did the same,

    1. I dropped the wc_download_log table,
    2. Re-activate the woo-commerce core plugin.

    This worked for us.
