    Hi,

    I’m trying to set up Jetpack for a client, and when I attempt the initial setup, I keep getting this error:
    `Uncaught (in promise) ApiError: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.

    I’ve tried deleting the plugin multiple times, which hasn’t made any difference.

    When I try the Jetpack Debugger, it says that it could not validate a security token.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Hi there,

    It seems that you cannot get Jetpack connected to a WordPress.com account and communicate with our servers; is that correct?

    I’d suggest disabling all the plugins just temporarily, and only keeping Jetpack active and proceeding to connect it again. If after that the issue does persist, I’d appreciate it if you contacted us privately here so we can investigate further.
