Unable to insert blog

Upon connecting to a WordPress.com account we are receiving the below error:
“Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”
On the page https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/troubleshoot-jetpack-connection-error-messages/#unable-to-insert-blog you advise to contact support… so here I am.
Please can you assist me with this?
