Unable to increase Event Ticket from ‘0’

    Ticket purchases were working fine until 7-10 days ago. We are now not able to change the number of tickets to be purchased from ‘0’. Clicking on the arrow to increase to ‘1’ or trying to override the ‘0’ and replacing it with ‘1’ simply refreshes the page.

    Event Tickets Plus is the plugin being used. It had expired on the 18 but was renewed two days later. Is it possible there is a glitch in the newest version? Will it be rectified soon? We have people wanting to buy tickets ASAP and they are unable to do so without doing some sort of workaround.

  • Can someone explain to me how to download a prior version if we don’t have the Premium Plug in? I can’t see how to do that.

    If you go to My Account > Downloads, click on the arrow next to the Version # of Event Tickets, you will see other options. You will need to uninstall the current version and then install the prior version, which you will have downloaded to your computer.

    I’m having the same problem as everyone else here but no classic editor.

    I tried the fix mentioned but it didn’t work.

    When I try to add a ticket the page refreshes and I get this error:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wordpress/wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 150

    I rolled back and it works for now. Thank you for your help!

    Having issues again. Nothing has changed on our end. Version 4.11.0 worked for about 9 days and now it has stopped working. When clicking on the plus sign to increase the number of tickets from 0 to 1, the page refreshes.

    Rolled back to version 4.10.10 and it works.

    I have the same problem and need to roll back to a version that actually works. Apparently this version is in a secret vault that only a select few know how to access.

    Would Modern Tribe like to share the hidden place they keep the version that actually works?
    How do we roll back!!!!!!

    And BTW – the github code don’t work at all!

    @rudtek2 thanks. That was not easy to find. Google results kept sending me to github and none of them worked.

    When I rolled back I got an opt out box when someone clicks the ticket amount + sign.

    Does anyone have any idea how to remove this opt out box?

    ALSO any news on a fix in the newer version? The patch didn’t work for me.

    re: the Event Tickets Plus bug in this thread, I just got this back from Tribe tech support:

    “Good news: the bug has been fixed ??

    It’s not released yet – it will be part of the next maintenance release, scheduled for next Wednesday (February 5th).”
