Unable to improve the performance of website

After lot of recommendations from many people i have downlaoded the W3 Total Cache plugin with the high expectations that this plugin will resolve my issues & help me in improving the page speed but it did absolutely opposite.
Could you please help me to resolve below issue.
1. Reduce DNS lookups
2. Use cookie free domain
3. Add expires headers
4. Minimize redirectsThanks a lot in advance.

– It is more likely to do with your web hosting provider.2. Use cookie free domain
– You can do if there is no user registration on your website.3. Add expires headers
– You can do it by adding expire headers code in .htaccess code.<IfModule mod_expires.c>
