Unable to Import/Save/Overwrite presets

I’m trying to import a preset list from another wordpress install and I’m unable to overwrite or save presets.
The “Overwrite Preset” confirmation box is covered by an opaque grey overlay and I am unable to select the checkbox to overwrite, or to click the Save Preset or Cancel buttons. The only way to get out of this is to refresh the page. Have tried multiple times in multiple browsers.
If I delete every preset from the list, I can upload the import file without overwriting the page, but I cannot save any of my presets.
