unable to import,install or upload blog, pictures, header, themes or plugins????

    I’m stuck. When I try to upload my blog I get:
    “Sorry, there has been an error.
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /home4/visualo8/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/02.”

    When I try downloading a theme it says “Could not create directory. /home4/visualo8/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/pagelines.tmp”

    When trying to upload a picture or header: “The uploaded file could not be moved to /home4/visualo8/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2013/02.”

    I talked to bluehost and they suggested I re-install wordpress, which I did, and it did not help. What can I do?

  • I have same issue, I cannot figure it out. All of the old solutions I’ve found do not work for 3.5.1, or require you go change permissions to 777 which is unsecure and NOT an acceptable solution.
