Unable to import the image through the link

  • Hi,

    I want to upload featured image, product gallery and variation images through dropbox link but I am unable to upload the image. It gives the following error.

    Hello @pooja2608,

    The error produced because the picture was private. Kindly check if You can download the picture in incognito browsing mode in google then You can add the link and it should work.

    Hey,

    I have tried the link from Dropbox as well as Google Drive. The picture isn’t private and I have also checked it on incognito. It’s working perfectly there. But still getting the same error on wordpress.
    You can have a look at Dropbox as well as Google Drive link setting.
