Unable to import template from library kit

Hello, I’m having a problem when I want to import a template or block from the library, both the free and pro versions. I’m using Elementor Pro. There is no response on the page editor when I import. And when I import the free version of the template or block, I get the error : An error occurred The following error(s) occurred while processing the request: Bad Request
