Hi, I’ve made a research but no matter the solution I found, nothing works.
I’m trying to import subscribers and the CVS file is not accepted, I then copied and pasted , not accepted either.

It keeps sending the invalid mail address. I’m really interested in buying the pro version but if the free one gives so many troubles I prefer to search for another option.

Could you please tell me what I’m doing wrong?.
This is the kind of pasting I did:
    name;email
    Paula;[email protected]
    Paula;[email protected]
    Thanks

Ok, this is what I did to finally resolve this.
    1. I uploaded the CVS file to this page https://mconverter.eu/convert/csv/txt/ and downloaded as TXT.
    2. I copied all the file text and pasted in the Advanced importer
    3. I checked that # field was there (my mistake before) so the first line was:

    #, email, name

And tara! the subscribers were imported.

Hope this helps others with the same problem.
