Unable to Import Starter Templates

    I have been trying to import templates from this plugin when editing a page using Elementor Builder. But it couldn’t even load the preview of the templates and the Import/Save option is greyed out. So I can’t do anything with this plugin. Can anybody help me to fix this? I have found templates I’m planning to use for my website.

    Hi @rozanfah,

    Sorry for the delay.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of this plugin.

    Also, please make sure there are no other plugins that conflict with this plugin. You can try to disable all of the installed plugins except this one. If it fixes the issue, then re-enable the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The latest plugin you just reactivate is the one that causes the conflict.
