Unable to import sample vendors from CSV

Hi gentlemen,

I try to import sample vendors.csv file, which i recieved from Handy theme, i already purchased.

But with your plugin is not possible to import.
2 error messages :

1.Row no 2 does not have the same columns than the header, we are going to skip
2.Problem with user no. , we are going to skip, error ID of user
