Unable to Import Properties Using XML Importer

We are unable to run imports with the xml importer – it says it creates the property after import but it does not appear in the Properties in the wordpress dashboard – we have gone through all of the common problems listed here: https://wp-property.github.io/addons/importer/properties-not-published-or-pending-images-download-for-wp-property-importer.html including talking to our hosting provider to check everything server side was correct which they confirmed.
disabled all plugins/used a neutral theme and no success.
Switched on the reporting on the plugin itself but it doesn’t appear to be highlighting any errors itself.
is there anything else that could be causing the importer not to run?Many thanks

I was having the same issue. It would import the data, create the property and it wasn’t publishing the property and it stayed as a draft.The way I got it to work was to run the importer several times and keep track if the number of published properties was going up. Be sure your settings are set to not re-add the same property or re-download the images if they’re already downloaded.
They also recommend breaking your import up among several importers, but I just ran the same one over and over until all 300 of our properties showed up.
I think the issues comes while downloading images, it’s like after so long it just times out and needs to be run again.
