Unable to Import Products

    We are trying to import products from Amazon into stripcart.com. We were able to import around 40 products. But now, the “Products Import” link doesn’t seem to work. I get a message “Loading” but the products are not displayed for me to import.

    I deleted the products and tried again, but it doesn’t work.

    We have set the “Amazon Affiliate Associate Tag” and the store country has been set as “United Kingdom”.

    Appreciate any help in resolving the issue.

  • hmm did you turn on debug? is the an error log in ftp?

    We have checked your issues from our end and its working fine. ??

    I have the same problem and I believe is something related to the code and the hosting (namecheap). When I try to search a product to be imported the loading gif stays and I’m getting the following error on the JS console.
