Unable to import new products

The error message “could not insert new post in database” is usually displayed when the importing CSV file contains unidentified characters and is not UTF-8 encoded. Please make sure that the CSV file is saved as UTF-8 encoded before importing to overcome this issue. Please go through the article on How to save CSV as UTF-8 encoded.
