Unable to import image to existing gallery

    I am trying to add a 2MB png file which has successfully uploaded to my media library to an existing gallery but get a never ending importing gallery in progress.

    Help!

    Hi @kickingupdust,

    We hope that you wouldn’t mind trying to import the same PNG image directly uploading it from your computer to see if that’ll work.

    If it doesn’t work, please access “Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info”, toggle on the “Media Handling” tab and check to ensure you see PNG for GD supported file formats.
