Unable to import from blogger…

  • As per my post on the author’s comment area (https://skeltoac.com/2005/03/12/from-blogger-to-wordpress-2/#comment-655) I am unable to use the import utility to import a blog from the “blogger” system.

    I am able to login and start the import, but and I only see some “brief” flashes of text, but then the page refreshes and I get a 404 page not found error.

    Server is a cpanel server with CentOS. My browser is IE, latest version.

    I’m happy to give you un/pw for both blogger and WP if needed.

  • Hi, I also had some problems to import. But then I removed all my extra plugins (like poll and messagebox and other stuff) so if you have any of those you could try to remove them from your template (take a backup first) and maybe that would help. Just a suggestion, but maybe not helpfull at all. Otherwise I could not manage to get my pics over (which are all stored on the blogger server) so if you or anyone could give me a tip on that I would be grateful.
