Unable to import events

Please check below things to correct issue.

– Make sure app details are correct and app is created properly.
– Facebook Event you are trying to import make sure its public and not restricted by age or some location.

Hi, I am having the same issue for my website – I have entered in the FB APP ID, the APP SECRET code etc etc. I try to import.

As an example I am trying to import event from a page PokerStarsLIVEMacau

when I try to import events with event ID I get this error…
We are not able to access Facebook event: 1797318850570225. Possible reasons: – App Credentials are wrong – Facebook event is not public or some restrictions are there like age,country etc.
– the event is definitely public as it says on the FB event page – so there must be something else not working

when I schedule import events from a page I get this error…
Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘PokerStarsLIVEMacau’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As we are using “App ID” and “App Secret” for importing events, the plugin is not able to import private events or events which are publicly not accessible. Can you please check event (https://www.facebook.com/PokerStarsLIVEMacau/). after logout from Facebook. maybe it’s not accessible because of “Age restrictions” or anything else. Can you please try after making the event public.or you can import private events after authorize with Facebook on setting tab.

Hello, Have tested the demo on your site, because I can enter this Facebook Event ID. The photo is taken over, as well as all data correct. For me on https://www.rheintal.click just as described above, the error. It can not be that it works for you and not for me?

We check it out your website haven’t HTTPS.please include HTTPS ( Get SSL from Hosting)on your website.

=>You need to create a new Facebook application and authorize with Facebook. Please follow up a document here.
=>After Authorize with Facebook you can import events from facebook using PageId and EventID.please follow up a document here which helps to you how to import event.
