    Hi
I have been trying, without success, to export a wordpress site from one server to another using the All-in-one Migration tool. Both sites are using the latest versions of the plugins and we paid for the Unlimited Extension too.

The error we are getting is
“Unable to seek to offset on file. File: /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/1b8c9zvtnqhl/www.customwebsite.com-20180124-102119-914.wpress Offset: 22222222222222”
and I cannot find anything on the good old web about this issue so I am hoping someone in here can help.

Both sites are running on patched up 17.04 Ubuntu OS’s.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks, Stuart

This issue occurs usually for 3 reasons:
    1. There is not enough disk space – clear some space and try again
    2. The backup file was not downloaded/uploaded fully – redownload or reupload the file
    3. The PHP is 32bit and the file is > 2GB – you will need to install PHP 64bit

Hey – thanks for the heads up – it’s definitely not the PHP64 as this is installed but I will check the disk space.

    Thanks
