Unable to import .csv file

    Tobias,

    Very basic question, but I’m having trouble importing data.

    I created data in excel, saved as .csv and imported. (I tried both options: as excel sheet and .csv upload.) In each case, all of the data placed placed in a single cell. When I created additional rows and cells the data did not migrate to the other cells. What is needed to have the data occupy individual cells?

    Also, as possibly another issue, when I “edit” a table, the pagination section is greyed out (ie, boxes such as pagination, can not be unchecked). Any ideas?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Are you maybe using connected cells in your table in Excel? Those might be the reason why the import is failing.
    If that’s not it, could you maybe upload a CSV that is not working somewhere, so that I can take a look?

    About the pagination: The fields in that section are only available if the “Table Header row” and the “Use DataTables” checkboxes are checked. Is that the case for your table?
