unable to import

I am currently trying to FTP it to the back up file and install from there!

The easiest way to figure out the problem is to request error logs from your hosting provider for your website, then examine them around the time when you tried to upload the file.
You will see what limit you have encountered and increasing it will solve the issue.

The settings in PHP that you likely need to adjust are:

• upload_max_filesize – set this to a value > than your backup
• post_max_size – set this to a value > than your backup
• memory_limit – set this to a value > than your backup
• max_execution_time – set this to 0 (infinite)

Morning, this wasnt a file size issue as i had resolved that previously, in the end i had to buy the license and FTP the file to the server and open/restore it as a back up for it to work

@yaniiliev i got the same.
on different sites. i got the instructions on the site. even a small site of 300 mb wil not import.

use FTP to drop on the server in the backup folder mate then use the app to open it by restore from backup this will resolve it.
