Unable to have the default Permalink structure

I am unable to have the default permalink structure. I have in my WordPress Setting. Instead it shows the other Website URL.So please fix this bug.Configured Permalink
<WEBSITEURL>/%category%/%postname%/
https://<WEBURL>/tamil/song-name
Actual Generated URL:
<WEBSITEURL>/<POST_ID>
https://<WEBURL>/5084/
