    I am having trouble getting this plugin to work. I have installed and activated the plugin. I have double checked the public key and the web store private key. I am running over SSL. I do not see anything under the Zip section of checkout except a ‘learn more’ link.

    There are no errors in my any log that I can find. What should I do to debug this?

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry you are having an issue getting Zip up and running.

    I just had a flick through https://ashleydouglas.com.au and am able to see Zip as a payment option and I am able to select Zip and move through the checkout flow.

    Hi. Thank you for the reply. It is working and my client confirmed. I did not realise that zipMoney requires you to be logged in. That strikes me as funny UX, as well as difficult to debug.

    Anyway, it appears to be working. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I am unsure what you are referring to?

    Do you mean logged in to the website customer account, or to the Zip account?

    Upon selecting Zip as the payment method, the customer is then required to log in to their Zip account to confirm the transaction.

    The customer should not need to be logged in to any other account to process a transaction.

    Hi,

    I am unable to replicate your issue.

    I am on the website and am able to see the Zip marketing assets, add products to the cart, and the Zip payment option is available at checkout without being signed in to anything.

    If you can send a screenshot of the issue (and brief description) to [email protected] one of our engineers will be able to assist you further.
