unable to get the sub-domain white label working..

Hi there,
just did my travelpayouts affiliate setup at my wordpress website using a subdomain travelpune.wakad.in. Configured the white label settings.
What i am not sure is do i need to cut and paste the Front Page content into the index.html file or so or it is automatically done by the wordpress plugin?
Please advise.
