    Dear support team,

I’ve followed your instructions to get the code from google sheet, but still the code get not accepted to save the same. The tire is never ending loading after clicking the save button.

I’ve even tried to solve by deleting all cookies and used an private Chrome window with same results. I got the accept message info from Google and accepted all, but still the tire is never ending loading after clicking the save button.

Any ideas, why this happens and how to solve?

    Best regards, Alex

    Hello @wci and @hatemmediouni
Sorry for the trouble you are having.

    1. Can you click on debug log and check the error log and send me?
If it’s showing empty then you have to enable debug from wp-config.php
    2. Are you using any other CF7 Addons too?
If yes please list me the name of the plugin and try using deactivating other addons.

Let me know if it helps. Based on the error log I can help you out.

    Thanks
    Abdullah

    Hi Abdullah,

well I am using several contact form addon and I am not finding any debug log info so far. The last step was to add your addon to estabish all data been stored within a google sheet.

    I am using PHP 7.4.20
    WP Ver. 5.7.2

    Debug log:

    Hi again,
I’ve done some steps to find out if there are problems with other plugins. Therefore I’ve dropped plugins into an plugin_off folder and started to get the activation done.

after dropping all plugins beginning with the letter “e” I was able to activate the your plugin addon. These are the plugins deacitvated. I guess it has to do with the ERP plugin as this has made also issues to other plugins which I had to replace to proceed using the same.

    – edge-cache-html-cloudflare-workers
    – elementor
    – email-domain-verification-in-cf7
    – envato-market
    – erp
    – erp-pdf-invoice
    – ewww-image-optimizer

Now – How am I able to test if your plugin is working, even if those other plugins are re-activated again?

    Best Alex.

    Hi @wci,

    Thanks for the details.

We checked and found that there is conflict with the Guzzle Library which both plugins are using it.

We have version 7.2.0 whereas the ERP plugin uses version 6.5.5.

Also the latest version of Guzzle Library is 7.3.0 which we have added in our upcoming version.

So would recommend that you contact the support of ERP plugin and ask them to update the Guzzle library.

    Thanks
    Abdullah
