Unable to get styles entered in JSON

    I’ve added several styles using JSON to the Publish to Apple News > JSON page. And have been unable to observe these changes in Apple News. I have also attempted to create Themes within the Publish to Apple News plugin, and am unable to observe these changes in Apple News.

    To esnure it was not a problem with my JSON I have copied these styles directly from Apple’s Apple News Format Example Articles, located here:

    Has anyone else had any trouble styling or formatting their content in Apple News via this plugin? Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated!

    Can you please send the details of what you are trying to configure via a pastebin.com link? I’ll need to know which JSON you are overriding, the actual JSON you are using for the override, etc.

    You need to either make the theme the default or map the theme to categories in Apple News > Sections in order for the changes to appear. Can you also ensure that you are doing this?

    Actually, I’ve been able to get a few styles such as background-color, to work via the JSON editor. I unfortunately did not save the specific JSON I had that was not working, but would now chalk it up to my own syntax errors. However, I am still having issues with changes made via the Publish to Apple News > Themes > Edit page.

    One I am particularly interested in is having the feature image render below the article title. The Component Order setting does not seem to be working. Would it be possible to reopen the following topic, to continue this discussion?
