    I did pushing them in any ways what I can did contact with support.
    First sales managers answered with pleashure but when head about problem not premium plugin it answers did on hold… after two hours not productive communication one of the guy from support answered me and say: We will try help you with your problem…
    But I remember again it’s not my problem, it’s developers bug…

    I did wait work day, in the morning no any information, I did punch-them again< and have perfect answer:

    I have discussed and checked with the postman tool and see its working.
    Unfortunately, the plugin is not 100% customizable but you can try with the REST API doc.

    I did try with postman too and it gived same answer not access.

    Can you send me screen and postman code

    I did try use Postman to and still have same error as before…
    And on it I have pause again… maybe need day or two for clarify…

    I can understand your situation but we can check again the REST API doc to reproduce the issue and if we find any, it would not take a lot of time to fix it.

    Thanks for your patience.

    It seems like you did not have complete authorization and for that, you are facing this error {“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    You can try an authentication plugin available on WordPress like JSON Basic Authentication Plugin then try to access API it will work.

    I will double checking and answering you in detail… but some fact about need use additional plugin and about it not any notes in documentations it’s not bug it’s fuck up from your side…

    And as I see on first look it’s not still working for me.
    Please checking connect to my host, you have all access, and why you try use add-point wp-json/pm/v2/projects/1/task-lists/?per_page=10&page=1&status=

    why not same like I showed you ?

    On first look all very nice, always auto respond emails, questions about quality and words about team ready and want helping me…
    But on really all very slowly, not clear and not answer on direct questions.

    I still can’t connect to API via postman or web browser…
    I didn’t want additional development work time you team, because in this no necessary.
    I only want understanding it’s work ? (API, what you did paint in documentation or it’s advertising picture)

    What’s mean you tried get categories and it’s work? You see answer, you really think it’s good answer?
    And what url you are using ? in documentation /wp-json/pm/v2/categories

    You did not have noticed URI Parameters in the doc as you can see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/ssjpb7.

    However, the URI Parameters are optional. I have tried again with /wp-json/pm/v2/categories and see it works as you can see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/ssjrei.

    Please checking on my demo site: it’s clear wp, and only your plugin and plugin JSONE Auth.
    I see you or some other people changed JSONE Auth plugin on Advanced Access Manager

    Please assist with solution, why not work in web? you sreens from local machine is look hopefully, maybe have some other small condition what need setup, and you forgot say about it…

    Please try with other free authentication plugins available on WordPress.

    What is wrong with the authorization on my site?

    Let’s start from the beginning:
    3 days ago:
    I told you that api is at the link: https://pm.dovgun.com/wp-json/pm/v2/categories
    identical link as in your documentation. Api is not available.

    Provided access;
    The server has clean WordPress latest version installed;
    Your plugin is installed – without any modifications.

    To which I received an answer:
    That everything works for you, and I need to install the authentication plugin – which you specified.

    I installed the plugin. The problem has not been fixed.

    I once again informed you.
    As I see it, you have installed another authorization plugin.
    Then installed the plugin that was originally recommended.

    The problem is not solved.

    Now you write that on my site there are problems with authorization.
    What kind ? this is a regular clean site.

    3 working days have passed.
    And again you unsubscribe empty words.

    Solve the problem we are facing.

    This is a bug of your plugin.

    Thanks for the update.

    This is a free WP Project Manager plugin and REST API which is working here but not on your site for the authentication. 3 working days have passed but you could not understand these simple things.

    We can customize the plugin by following the REST API method and you are trying to do that and asking for support when we do not provide support for the customization.

    However, try to setup a local server/site and follow previous instructions I hope it will work. After developing on a local site you can move on your live site.

    You are trying to make this complex.
    Are there any difficulties to setup and develop on the local server/site?
    Please setup a local server/site and follow previous instructions I hope it will work. After developing on a local site you can move on your live site.

    What problem from your side will show live demo work?
    if problem in my hosting it’s one solution, but way install on local and move to live is wrong.

    You writed instruction: we did it, you did it on my hosting it’s not helped.

    I haven’t local server and not use it, no reason for it.

    I asked you about sending me postman code request, but you still say, according instruction.

    What instruction, if it not work?
