I did pushing them in any ways what I can did contact with support.
First sales managers answered with pleashure but when head about problem not premium plugin it answers did on hold… after two hours not productive communication one of the guy from support answered me and say: We will try help you with your problem…
But I remember again it’s not my problem, it’s developers bug…
I did wait work day, in the morning no any information, I did punch-them again< and have perfect answer:

I have discussed and checked with the postman tool and see its working.
Unfortunately, the plugin is not 100% customizable but you can try with the REST API doc.

I did try with postman too and it gived same answer not access.
Can you send me screen and postman code
I did try use Postman to and still have same error as before…

How you think, pro version really cost about 300$ with this quality level support?
