Unable to get # in Party to operate (Plugin Version 0.96)

Using Plugin Version 0.96
When I specify the number in party as required and enter a number (e.g. 5) like this:
https://space.zeo.net/g/r4apthe resulting form that’s generated only allows a dropdown showing “1” in the # in party field. I’ve tried other numbers and get the same result:
https://space.zeo.net/g/48pf4I’ve also tried leaving “Maximum Number Allowed in Party” in the admin page blank and all that does is hide the field even though the “Require Number in Party” is checked.
