unable to get feed to display

I am trying to get the feed to display on the page. I have tried thru beaver builder, gutenburg. I also tried with a widget. I tried it with a new theme and nada.

It displays in Beaver Builder in draft mode. Once I publish and refresh it does not display. I have cleared caches.

I deactivated several plugins that I thought would be the problem still nothing.

So I downloaded it to another website I manage and it worked perfectly. Any ideas why it won’t work on mine.
