Unable to get comments working

    I am using the PCMag theme. I have tried all of the comment plugins and I have even resorted back to the basic themes and I am still unable to get comments working. Any suggestions?

    The theme is ProfitMag and I see you have posted in their support forum.

    The normal debug is to try
    -deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    -switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    I now see the comment icon which I have never seen before. When I click on the icon it says “Disqus Thread” on my search bar but nothing happens.
