Unable to get chat work on website

  • Hi
    I have installed your plugin on my site, but unfortunately can not make it work online.
    I also think that in the backend I need to be able to see “Live Chat”, “Missed Chats” and other features in the plugin but this is unfortunately not the case.
    What can I do to make it work?

    may you provide us the following information?
    1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
    2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
    3) What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
