Unable to get an Album on a page

  • I am trying to get an album to link to a page. However when I select the “attach nextgen gallery to post” button it doesn’t work. There display options under “Select display type”, which according to the guide should be populated after I create an album. If I am doing something wrong let me know (I have the album linked to the page I am trying to work on).

    @riley Lambert – Could you provide a screen capture (link) to show what you are seeing, I’m not certain what you are describing and a screen capture may help with that.

    The link will show a smaller image than I wish to, however as you can see under “Select a display type” nothing shows up (this is on a page, after I select the “attach nextgen gallery to post”)

    @riley Lambert – Have you checked for plugin conflicts, or temporarily switched to a default WordPress Twenty series theme to see if this problem persists?
