Unable to get access to the file

    hello

    when i save the page “hardening”
    i have following error :

    ERROR: Unable to get access to the file ****/.htaccess
    ERROR: Unable to get access to the file ****/wp-content/uploads/.htaccess

    so i can not change those settings
