Unable to find “Robots” file for Updraftplus backup in WordPress v 4.9.5

    I was able to backup the regular files but outside the updradftplus files such as htaccess, wpconfig and robots. but I am unable to find “Robots” file for Updraftplus backup in WordPress v 4.9.5
    Do i really need this file, if so, where should i look for it as currently it does not exist.

    Hi,

    UpdraftPlus free version can only backup the database, plugins, themes, uploads and other files within the ‘wp-content’ directory. WPcore and other files within the directory are already optional. You can read this FAQ to know if you need to include WPcore in your backup – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/need-back-wordpress-core/
