Unable to find login page

Hello,
I have installed wordpress 3.8 in my cpanel manually.But after that when i will give the url https://www.mydomain.org.in/wp-login.php ,i unable to go to the login screen of wordpress.Rather i am getting an error like
URl not found.404 error.
Please guide someone
