Unable to find HTML

When I log onto the admin page for my site: https://snooples.com, Went into the Apperance -> Editor page, I am unable to find the index.html anywhere. There are only index.php, footer.php, search.php, etc but no HTML page.

Am I looking in the wrong spot?

I just want to modify the index.html. I do not know any php.
