Unable to figure out “Inner Post Injection”

    I recently installed header, footer and post injections plugin on my wordpress. I want to insert adsense inside posts. There’s a inside posts tab where Inner post injection 1-5 is displayed. Its asking for something called “marker”. I’m unable to figure out, what to enter and how to use the same. Can anyone help me out?
