Unable to fetch the Mailchimp list with a fresh new account

Hello

I just created a new account in Mailchimp, all fresh.
Generate an API key, and get connected.

But it can not fetch the Mailchimp list. Normally the Audience (the List) is automatically created when a new account is created, so it should fetch the Audience, but it didn’t.

I keep on renew Mailchimp Lists, the same result showing: No lists were found in your Mailchimp account.

Can it be because of the Cloudflare plugin? I also have Total Cache installed. I tried to deactivate Cloudflare in Siteground but I can’t… very frustrated

What might be the possible cause of this issue?
