    When I hit the button “Export to CSV” in judge.me to export my WordPress reviews…nothing happens.

    The button greys but that’s it.

    Hello @solkyoshiro, thank you for reaching out.

    Could you please make sure that there’s a notification email address in your Notification settings? This may be causing the error:
    Judge.me Settings > Review Request > Admin Notifications

    If you don’t have a very high number of reviews, the spreadsheet file should download directly, so perhaps it’s also a good idea trying a different browser or device.

    If you’re still unable to download the reviews, we may need the name of your shop to check this issue directly in your account.
