Unable to export – Export Users Option Not Visible

    I’ve installed plugin and activated it per instructions. I don’t see an option to export users under Tools–>Export. There is a “export user” link on the users admin page but but it just links back to Tools–>Export.

    I am running a VERY OLD version of WordPress (WordPress 3.2.1.) We’re in the process of updating site and we want to move users to another installation of wordpress.

    Unfortunately I don’t think I can help you with a version that old. The plugin is made to work with the moder WP export tool and the hooks it has available, which are not available at all in WP 3.2.1.

    I would suggest doing a simple database export of the wp_users and wp_usermeta tables in your case.
