Unable to export data

  • Ok, so I purchase the Premium of this to get info of some subscriptions, once I finish, to my surprise I cannot get the info unless I pay again another premium addon, is this a joke? what kind of form maker won’t allow you to get access to the info collected, I paid a premium addon just to have to pay again another premium addon to get the info, what a joke.

    “Oh you could access the info through PHP My Admin” yes, all the info have been arrange in a way where I am unable to know whose mail is from anyone or the phone or even the name! C’mon, this is a rip off, it looks like EA who sell to you something incomplete to the price of a full working staff just to tell you to make like 3 times more in order to work like it should in the first place.

    I am quite angry for this, I have no extra $60 for the things I need and for the option that should be available from the beginning when you pay A PREMIUM ADDON!
