• Hi! I’ve been using this plugin and have been able to export previously, but am unable to export today. I’m using Version 2.13

    The export file in CSV is blank.

    What should I look for, and how can I correct this? Are there any known plugin conflicts I should look for?

    Maybe there is a memory issue or something similar. Is your log large, does it contain a lot of entries?

    Do you have any access to the server logs? Perhaps there is a message there when this happens?

    Hi P?r,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Nothing in the server error logs. I believe that in the past they cleared after 30 days, now it’s 60 so the simple history log is larger – correct me if this is not right. Here’s what I have in the past 60 days, which is quite a bit.

    wp_simple_history 10.16 MB 43,003 rows
    wp_simple_history_contexts 66.47 MB 380,445 rows

    When exporting I get nothing, file size 0 bytes.
    Is there something I can put in a custom plugin to force clear at 30?

    It would be good to have clear out at 30, then I can set a reminder to download:

    Hi P?r,
    Just want to confirm that it is an issue with the CSV export. The json exports, but then I have to convert it. Going to reduce to a 30 day log and see if that works going forward.
