Unable to export

  • Hello,

    I have a multisite at https://www.forbetter.us. I just installed the free plugin, and then purchased the premium extension. I want to be able to export a subsite, and then import it into a new subsite. I’m using wildcard subdomains for each subsite.

    Upon installing the plugins, I am unable to export. I’ve tried BOTH exporting the network, AND individual subsites, and each time it prepares to export… I see a spinning arrow wheel… and then I get an error message of “Unable to export. Unable to start the export. Refresh the page and try again.”

    What am I doing wrong?
