Unable to Exclude Some Headings

    Hello guys,

    I need to exclude some of the headings that appear with the plugin in the table of contents.
    Mostly, these are headings automatically detected by the plugin as such. For instance, it detects some headings that come from other plugins such as Strong Testimonials or WP review lite. I try to exclude them by using the pipe method but it doesn’t work for some of them.
    Is there any limitations and Am I missing something?
    What should I do?

    I noticed that it doesn’t exclude heading that contain special characters such as ‘ or &. Once I updated this, it works.

    Apologies for the trouble! I have added this to the issue tracker and will get this resolved in the next update.
